Learn and develop the skills needed for lasting weight management in a supportive, engaging, and fun environment.

Social support is a key piece to the weight management puzzle, and it is at the foundation of the weight management program here at AWI.  For 8 weeks, program participants meet weekly to discuss a different topic in support of their weight management journey, including portion sizing, eating out, added sugar, label reading, macronutrients, and more!  Participants also receive a food journal and guidance starting in week 1, and continuing for the duration of the program.

A Registered Dietitian conducts the Nutrition Education Classes, Weight Management Program and Anti-Inflammatory classes.
