Sam is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Level 1 CrossFit Coach and a Level 1 Poliquin™ BioSignature Practitioner. Other certifications include: CrossFit Olympic Lifting coach, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Mobility. She has a strong affinity for the Olympic Lifts and is a stickler for form and technique. When you bonk on a WOD, her first question will be ‘What’d you have for breakfast?!’ Sam also leads the RebelHealth Program and has a long history of study and training in the field of nutrition.
