Most mornings I open the theatre straightaway. This morning, I slept late. 5:30. I made a cool change and don’t feel at all like writing. Oops, a wispy stress energy brushed up against me.
A friend recently made the comment that meditation take a long time to learn and incorporate into daily living. Well, one gratuitous statement deserves another. No it doesn’t. Take a deep breath. Gently and silently exhale.
To me, there’s no doubt that we bring certain personality shaping energy into the world, called our hard wiring, and apparently genetic coding from our biological parents and ancestors that “makes us” a certain way.
